The Development Plan mentions that by the end of 2025, the scale of charging facilities in the city will strive to reach 214000, reaching the national advanced level; By 2035, the number of new energy vehicles in Zhengzhou will reach 2.7 million, and the scale of charging facilities in Zhengzhou is expected to reach 1.1 million. Among them, there are 900000 personal charging stations and 200000 public dedicated charging facilities. The Development Plan clearly states that a comprehensive charging service system will be established, with a focus on promoting the construction of self use charging piles in residential areas and public charging facilities for parking spaces (yards) in public institutions, enterprises, industrial parks, and scenic spots. The layout of fast charging facilities in service areas along trunk highways will be accelerated, and centralized charging and swapping facilities for parking lots in public service areas will be actively promoted to meet the charging needs of new energy vehicles for intercity travel and transit electric vehicles outside the province in Zhengzhou. Among them, through the combination of "personal charging piles+unified construction and operation, community autonomy+orderly charging technology application", combined with the renovation of old residential areas, the electrification of parking spaces in residential areas is promoted to protect the installation rights of residents' personal charging piles and achieve full installation; Encourage eligible units to open and share their internal charging facilities and residential charging facilities to enhance their charging service capabilities; New service areas on highways should be equipped with fast charging stations or reserved charging facility interfaces at a ratio of no less than 40% of the total number of parking spaces; In the fields of public transportation, sanitation, logistics, commuting and other public services, charging and swapping facilities should be built along the operating lines according to local conditions. By 2025, the proportion of parking spaces equipped with charging facilities in public service parking lots should not be less than 25%. It is worth mentioning that Zhengzhou City will also focus on key tasks such as charging networks, industry supervision, promotion of new technologies, and facility sharing. Enhance the intelligent management level of charging facilities, promote the interconnection between municipal platforms and operating enterprises, establish and improve data transmission standards and data collection mechanisms for charging facilities, promote data sharing among enterprises, and improve the convenience of charging for citizens; Strengthen the product quality and safety responsibilities of automobile, battery, and charging facility production enterprises, and strictly control the construction and installation quality and safety of construction, design, construction, and supervision units; Encourage charging facility operators to prioritize the construction of supercharging facilities in commercial service areas, highway service areas, transportation hubs, and parking lots along main roads, and support the addition of photovoltaic energy storage equipment in supercharging stations; Promote the construction of demonstration centralized public charging stations, which have functional zones for power supply, charging, fire protection, commercial, and rest, and explore comprehensive charging scenarios; Support advantageous enterprises to develop projects such as complete machine assembly, liquid cooled gun line production, charging pile production, photovoltaic equipment production, energy storage equipment production, and power supporting equipment production, improve the industrial chain, and accelerate the formation of a billion dollar charging equipment industry cluster.
