Surface Magnetic Detection Service

The Tesla meter probe is moved to a specified position by a multi-axis module, and the measured rotor is driven by a motor to perform uniform circular motion. The surface magnetic field of the rotor measured by the Tesla meter probe is digitized by the Tesla meter and transmitted to the computer. The computer’s dedicated magnetic detection software maps the magnetic detection data to 36,000 points per 360° according to the rotation angle one by one. After scanning the entire magnetic distribution of the rotor at the specified height, the Tesla meter probe is moved to the specified position of the next layer for repeated measurement until all layers are completed. Through the data processing of the surface magnetic distribution software and the comparison with the upper and lower limits set for the specified parameters (magnetic pole peak, magnetic pole area, magnetic pole angle), a measurement report is generated, and the detection result is judged to output an OK or NG signal. The detection is displayed in 2D waveform, and a one-dimensional Hall probe is used.
